I have never been a big fan of making New Year’s resolutions, but this year I have been thinking seriously for a long time about the need to get more exercise and take better care of myself. It seems like I have been sick with allergies or the flu way too much and it is no fun being sick so much.
I am going to make every effort this new year to exercise three days a week for at least 20 minutes. If the weather is not too bad I will take one of the dogs with me and walk the neighborhood. When the weather is bad I will go to my office workout room and ride the stationary bike or treadmill.
I think if I post this resolution on my blog that there will be a lot more people expecting me to live up to my word. So wish me good luck and check back with me later to make sure I’m doing it!
